We accept returns and thereby exchange item or item(s) purchased from mynimalstore.com within 5 days of the date of delivery, that is, in case of size variations only, provided the product is in an acceptable condition and accompanied with the original receipt.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or torn, would not be eligible for return.

Only in cases where the replacement product [for size variations only] is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, a refund for the entire product shall be provided.

Kindly please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We shall provide you a confirmation on receiving the return, post which we shall ship the product with the revised size within 7-8 working days wherein no delivery fees shall be charged.
